KAINANG PAMILYA
MAHALAGA DAY 2026!๐Ÿ‘ช

Ngayong Family Day, wala munang deadline. Wala munang meeting. Wala munang "mamaya na."

Kasi minsan lang sa isang taon, buo tayo sa iisang lamesa. Yung nanay na pinipilit kang kumain ng tatlong kutsara. Yung tatay na tahimik pero lagi kang pinagluluto. Yung kapatid na kaaway mo kaninang umaga, pero ngayon katabi mo sa tawanan.

Hindi tayo perpekto. May away, may tampo, may kanya-kanyang trip sa buhay. Pero pag nagsalubong yung tingin natin sa isang kwarto, uuwi at uuwi pa rin tayo sa isaโ€™t isa.

Sila ang taong una kang sinabayan sa hirap, at huling susuko para saโ€™yo. Sila ang home na di mo kailangang hanapin sa mapa.

Kaya ngayon, i-celebrate natin hindi yung bonggang handa. I-celebrate natin yung presensya. Yung kwentuhan habang kumakain. Yung ingay. Yung gulo. Yung pagmamahal na tahimik pero araw-araw andiyan.

Good luck sa lahat ng mga athlete ng QIS na lalaban sa araw na ito. Hindi lang kayo dala ang pangalan ng school natin, dala niyo rin ang pag-asa, effort, at pride ng bawat estudyante at teacher na nagche-cheer sa inyo.

Kahit anong mangyari sa laro, proud na proud kami sa inyo. Ibigay niyo lahat โ€” puso, lakas, at disiplina. Lumaban nang malinis, manalo nang may dangal, at umuwi nang walang pagsisisi.

Laban lang! Para sa school, para sa atin.

(Choose kindness, Spread Respect)

โ—STOP BULLYING โ—

โ€ขBullying is the repeated act of hurting, intimidating, or humiliating anotherk person through words, actions, or online behavior. It can make someone feel afraid, isolated, and powerless. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, and everyone has the right to feel safe and accepted.

There are different types of bullying. Physical bullying involves hitting, kicking, pushing, or damaging someone's belongings. Verbal bullying includes name-calling, teasing, insults, or threats. Social or relational bullying happens when someone is intentionally excluded, embarrassed, or targeted with rumors to harm their relationships or reputation. Cyberbullying takes place through social media, text messages, online games, or other digital platforms by spreading hurtful messages, rumors, or images.

โœ…Be respectful to everyone, regardless of their differences.

โœ…Use kind and encouraging words when speaking to others.

โœ…Stand up for someone who is being bullied in a safe and respectful way.

โœ…Report bullying to a trusted teacher, parent, or responsible adult.

Kamusta ang Summative Test, mga mare/mars? ๐Ÿ“šโœ๏ธ

Tapos na rin ang kaba, overthinking, at paulit-ulit na pagre-review. Yung tipong paglabas ng room, bigla mong naalala yung tamang sagot sa item na hindi mo nasagutan nang maayos. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Pero regardless sa naging resulta, proud ka dapat sa sarili mo. Hindi biro ang paghahanda, pagod, at effort na inilaan mo para matapos ang exam.

Sana lahat ng pagpupuyat, pagre-review, at panalangin ay magbunga ng magagandang resulta. At kung hindi man naging perpekto, tandaan na bawat exam ay pagkakataon para matuto at mas humusay pa.
