'Amr ibn Shu'ayb reported from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Anyone who does not show mercy to our children nor acknowledge the right of our old people is not one of us."

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

As we embrace the blessed month of Ramadan, Jumeirah Islamic School extends its warmest greetings to our beloved students, parents, and the entire community. Ramadan is a time of faith, self-purification, and spiritual growth, where hearts are drawn closer to Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) through fasting, prayer, and reflection.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"There has come to you Ramadan, a blessed month. Allah has made it obligatory on you to fast (this month). During it, the gates of Paradise are opened, and the gates of Hell are locked, and the devils are chained up. In it, there is a night that is better than a thousand months, and whoever is deprived of its goodness is deprived indeed."
