1. Fill-out the necessary information accurately.
2. Submit complete documentary requirements
3. Do not create multiple accounts
4. Do not submit multiple applications
5. Make sure that you have reached the page where you have to sign your application
6. Check your admission account frequently for comments/updates regarding your application

1. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 12 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Certification from the office of the school principal confirming applicant as Grade 12 student
2. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Report Card or High School Diploma
3. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫: Transcript of Records/Honorable Dismissal or Certification from the Office of the Registrar confirming applicant's current enrollment to the institution.
4. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬 (enrolled in college, but stopped studying in BukSU before 2018): Certification from the Registrar to be requested via this form (link will be provided upon evaluation)
𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒖𝒑𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:

2. Soft copy of 2”x2” ID picture (applicant must be wearing white t-shirt on white background)

BukSU is proud and pleased to welcome its incoming first year college students for AY 2023-2024. Out of 10,277 aspiring BukSUans, only 5,836 made it to the official list of SMART BukSU qualifiers in the main and satellite campuses.

We remind everyone that offered programs have varied cut-off scores with limited slots and works on a first come, first served basis. Your individual Report of Rating (ROR) will be available soon by logging in to your BukSU Admissions account.
