YES-O NEWS | Project ECO-LINIS Officially Launched

Last Monday, July 13, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) officially launched Project ECO-LINIS: "Tuwing Lunes at Biyernes, Kalinisan ang Unahin" immediately after the Flag Raising Ceremony, led by the dedicated YES-O Officers.

The initiative aims to promote environmental responsibility, proper waste disposal, and a lasting culture of cleanliness among all learners. Through the active participation of the school community, Project ECO-LINIS encourages everyone to keep our campus clean, green, and conducive to learning, because a cleaner school begins with each one of us.

YES-O UPDATE | July 3, 2026

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Officers successfully conducted their organizational meeting today, July 3, 2026, at the Grade 11–Honesty Room to discuss important matters in preparation for the implementation of the organization's programs and activities for School Year 2026–2027.

The meeting was presided over by the YES-O President and focused on several key agenda items, including:

Discussion and adoption of the Monthly Peer Feedback Form to strengthen accountability and teamwork among officers;
Implementation of a Strict Attendance Monitoring System to promote responsibility and commitment within the organization;
Reading and approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting before the official commencement of every session to ensure transparency and continuity of organizational decisions;
Finalization of the Annual Plan of Activities, which will be submitted to the school administration for review and approval; and
Drafting and discussion of the organization's First Official Resolution, which will be formally announced upon approval by the School Head.

The meeting reflects the officers' commitment to effective leadership, responsible governance, and collaborative planning as they prepare to implement meaningful environmental programs and initiatives throughout the school year.
