Earth Hour 2026 | Clean-Up Drive 🌍

Last June 26, 2026, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), together with the students, took meaningful action by conducting a campus clean-up drive.

A cleaner environment starts with us. Through unity, responsibility, and shared effort, we continue to build a school community that values cleanliness, sustainability, and care for our planet.

Small actions. Big impact. Together, we make a difference. 💚🌱

📚 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🎒

The alarms are set, the uniforms are ready, and the classrooms are once again filled with familiar faces and new beginnings.

After weeks of vacation, it's time to trade late-night scrolling for early morning alarms, free days for deadlines, and "one more episode" for "one more activity."

"Pass your assignment."
"Group yourselves into five."
"Kinsay wala'y ballpen?"
"Ma'am, pwede mag CR?"

Some of us are excited to see our friends again.
Some are excited to meet new classmates.
Some are excited to see their crush.

And some are still wondering nganong murag 2 weeks ra ang bakasyon. 😭

A new school year doesn't mean we have everything figured out.

We'll still cram.
We'll still panic before quizzes.
We'll still say "magtuon na jud ko karong tuiga."
And somehow, we'll still end up scrolling at 1 AM.

There will be days when we feel motivated and days when we don't. There will be victories worth celebrating and challenges that test our strength. Some days will go exactly as planned, while others will remind us that growth often comes from unexpected moments.

But no matter what this year brings, may we remember that progress is not always about being the best. Sometimes, it is simply about showing up, trying again, and refusing to give up on ourselves.

To the student who is excited, may your enthusiasm take you far. To the student who is nervous, may you find courage in every step. And to the student who feels lost, may this year help you discover your place and your purpose.

A year from now, may we look back at this day with gratitude, not because everything was easy, but because we chose to keep moving forward despite the challenges.

The final day may have marked the end of this year's Brigada Eskwela, but it also showed the power of unity, service, and community spirit. What started as a shared effort became a meaningful reminder that great things happen when people come together for a common purpose.

With the support of our teachers, parents, volunteers, stakeholders, and students, together with the officers of BKD, SSLG, and YES-O, we once again proved that teamwork can turn simple acts of service into something truly impactful.

To everyone who gave their time, energy, and support throughout the week, thank you. Your contributions helped make this Brigada Eskwela a success.

As we close this chapter, we look forward to welcoming another school year with a campus prepared through the dedication of many helping hands.

Another day, another step closer to a better and brighter learning environment.

Day 4 was filled with dedication, cooperation, and hard work as students, teachers, parents, volunteers, and stakeholders continued to give their time and effort for the improvement of our school. Every cleaned corner, repaired facility, and completed task reflects the spirit of unity that Brigada Eskwela stands for.

Progress may come one step at a time, but together, those steps create lasting change. Through teamwork and shared responsibility, we are building a school that is safe, welcoming, and ready for another year of learning.

Looking back on Day 3 of Brigada Eskwela 2026, the dedication and teamwork of our volunteers continued to leave a positive impact across our campus.

From cleaning school grounds to improving different areas around the school, every effort helped create a cleaner and more welcoming environment for the coming school year.

Day 2 was filled with teamwork, dedication, and the shared goal of preparing our school for the upcoming academic year. Students, teachers, parents, and volunteers continued to lend their time and effort to make our school environment cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for everyone.

From cleaning classrooms and school grounds to assisting in various improvement activities, every contribution played a part in creating positive change. The progress may come one step at a time, but together, those steps are making a big difference.

As we move forward, let us continue working together to build a better learning environment for all.

"BETTER LATE THAN NEVER"

Although this post comes a little later, the efforts and memories from our first day of Brigada Eskwela deserve to be recognized.

Day 1 marked the beginning of a shared mission, to prepare our school for another year of learning, growth, and success. Students, teachers, parents, volunteers, and stakeholders came together with one goal: to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for every learner.

From start to finish, it was really nice seeing students, teachers, parents, and volunteers showing up and giving their best. Little by little, our classrooms are becoming cleaner, brighter, and more ready for a fresh start.

Every sweep, every repair, every helping hand made a difference. Small actions but big impact. This is what teamwork looks like. This is how we build a better school.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave their time. You did more than just clean, you helped create a place where learning can grow.

Brigada Eskwela is here again, guystch! Time to give a little bit of our time and effort for the school. Even the smallest help can already make a big difference. Helping clean classrooms, mop floors, paint walls, carry materials, or even just showing up and lending a hand already means a lot in preparing the school for the new school year.

This is your sign nga dili lang magpacute sa school this year because, at the end of the day, kita ra gihapon ang mogamit sa classrooms and the whole school itself. One tiring day of helping can already mean a lot for the students and teachers who will use the classrooms every single day.
