Most companies are experimenting with AI.
Very few are preparing their people for it.
Here’s what I’m seeing:
• Leaders attend AI conferences
• Managers test tools individually
• Teams remain uncertain how to apply it safely and strategically
That gap?
It becomes a productivity bottleneck.
