In preparation for potential disasters such as earthquakes, the NEU Main Campus conducted an earthquake drill on Friday, September 25, 2026. Spearheaded by the university administration, the activity was carried out in an orderly and organized manner. Such drills are crucial for equipping the entire university community with the necessary knowledge and preparedness, ensuring that students, staff, and faculty can avoid danger in the event of a disaster.

New Era University proudly congratulates its Psychology graduates for their outstanding performance in the recent Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE).

NEU achieved an impressive 94.08% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate of 91.72%. This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and perseverance of our graduates, the commitment of our faculty members, and the unwavering support of the University in providing quality education and professional preparation.

Adding to this significant accomplishment, three NEU examinees ranked among the topnotchers nationwide:

🏅 Top 6 – Henry Jeal Matthew C. Densing — 93.20%
🏅 Top 10 – Girlie Ann T. Dagwase — 92.40%
🏅 Top 10 – Lovely Denisse Panganiban — 92.40%

This exceptional performance stands as a testament to the academic preparation, professional training, and holistic development fostered by New Era University, particularly through the College of Arts and Sciences and the Psychology Department.

The New Era University Main Campus community congregated at the Central Temple on September 23, 2026 for a Special Worship Service to thank the Lord God Almighty for the opening of Academic Year 2026-2027.

In the Bible-based lesson taught by Bro. Armando Ernie, Minister of the Gospel, the brethren were taught to seek knowledge no matter how challenging it may be, most especially the true knowledge that would lead one to glorify the Lord God. Those who attended the worship service can attest that they were revitalized by the Biblical truths they received, and that the worship service gave them further resolve to fulfill their roles in the University, whether they are academic or administrative officials, faculty, staff or students.

Following the formalization of its partnership with the Supreme Court of the Philippines during its 50th founding anniversary, New Era University (NEU) has successfully delivered on its commitment to the judiciary by smoothly executing operations for the historic September 2026 Bar Examinations.

The three-day digitalized and regionalized test, which concluded on September 13, 2026, logged the highest number of total finishers in Philippine history with 12,010 examinees completing the requirements nationwide under the leadership of 2026 Bar Chairperson and Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan.

Out of 15 local testing centers nationwide, New Era University recorded the second-highest number of finishing examinees with a recorded 1,276 examinees who completed the third day. The smooth completion of the rigorous testing schedule, which spanned September 6, 9, and 13, highlighted the University’s technical readiness and strict adherence to the Supreme Court’s standards. By serving as a vital pillar to the judiciary, NEU generously extended its facilities, personnel, and unwavering commitment to ensuring the fair and orderly conduct of the Bar Examinations.

The University's operations were personally monitored and inspected by the Supreme Court Justices across the three-day period. On the first day of the exams, NEU welcomed 2026 Bar Chairperson Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan alongside Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, Senior Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, and Associate Justices Amy C. Lazaro-Javier, Henri Jean Paul B. Inting, Rodil V. Zalameda, Ricardo R. Rosario, Jose Midas P. Marquez, and Raul B. Villanueva. The inspections continued on the second day with visits from Associate Justices Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa and Ramon Paul L. Hernando, and concluded on the third day with monitoring visits from Associate Justices Jhosep Y. Lopez and Antonio T. Kho Jr.

In honor of the exceptional support, the Supreme Court presented New Era University with a plaque of recognition, expressing their deep appreciation for such service to the legal profession and the nation.

This prestigious commendation manifests how rapidly the University has grown into a trusted cornerstone for the judiciary, proving it can seamlessly handle a massive scale of operations with absolute efficiency.

🥈 HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION: 2nd Runner-Up at ISAAL Division Meet

The NEU High School Chess Team showcased grit and composure on the board, clinching 2nd Runner-Up honors in the DepEd-sanctioned ISAAL Division Meet, hosted at FEU Diliman.

Key performances from Justin Abella and Brishen Enzo Amurao anchored the team's podium finish, proving their readiness for top-level high school competitions.

🏅 COLLEGE DIVISION: Austin Tablan Named Top College Player at NOYPI Tournament

In preparation for the upcoming NAASCU season and other intercollegiate tournaments, the NEU College Chess Team took on tough open competition at the NOYPI • Victory Plaza Chess Tour in Victory Plaza, Caloocan.

NEU's Austin Tablan stood out in the tournament, earning the distinction of Top College Player after outmaneuvering experienced opponents in a impressive display of skill and strategic depth.
