Some of us might still remember taking vacations in our lolo's and lola's houses in the provinces, or even somewhere where they live nearby, or maybe some retired abroad. During summer, we get to visit them and spend time with them because of school vacations. Sometimes we go to them (or they go to our homes) during the semestral break or sometimes during the Christmas holidays. We all love them, as they show genuine love and affection for us, their grandchildren. Let's honor them as we remember their teachings, lessons and inspiring stories that make us stronger and better individuals. SABS' STUCO officers have been a driving force to ensure that students have a voice to the teachers and administration. They have been busy as a bee for the whole school year, and for that we are grateful for all your help and contributions to make the Annean life awesome! To the graduating STUCO officers, you have indeed become ate's and kuya's of the younger ones. To Ate Pheciar, Kuya Nhyco and Kuya KD, together with the other Senior High School graduates, we wish you continued successes and good performance as you strive to finish your studies. Sports has been proven to boost children's immunity and strength, plus sports gives them the outlet that they need to become strong physically and mentally. Here at SABS, we provide sports exposure for all students, not just to our varsity players. We have lots of fun sports events, fun activities and physically challenging obstacle courses set up! Our sports program also teach students to learn to accept defeat and to be gracious in victory. Summer clinics for both students and non-students are offered too for those who like to be productive this summer. It's a healthy way to keep away from gadgets and screens. It's time to get up and move!
