CONNECT: Last August 1, 2025, the ICT Club leveled up digital awareness with an engaging Cybersecurity Seminar as part of ICT Month! The KES Audio Visual Room (AVR) transformed into a hub of learning as participants explored the essentials of online safety, data protection, and responsible digital citizenship. The session sparked meaningful discussions, empowered studentswith practical tips, and reinforced the importance of staying secure in today’s connected world.

A big thank you to our resource speaker, Mr. Harold Lucero, for sharing their expertise, real-world insights, and passion for keeping the digital space safe. Your guidance has inspired us to be smarter, safer, and more responsible online!

CONNECT: Last July 30, 2025, the ICT Club turned up the heat with an epic Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament in celebration of ICT Month! The ICT ComLab was buzzing with energy as teams battled it out for glory, pride, and bragging rights. The event brought gamers and spectators together, highlighting not just skill, but teamwork and digital flair.

Full mechanics:

- For SHS Students only.

- Each team must consist of:
5 Main Players

1 Substitute Player

- Strictly 1 Team per Section

- Teams must submit their full lineup before the registration deadline.

- Team captains must confirm all player settings (sensitivity, layout, etc.) before the game starts.

– No technical adjustments once the draft begins unless there’s an emergency.

- Each player is responsible for their own device, charger, earphones, and network connection.

- Players must maintain respectful behavior at all times.

- Trash talk, offensive language, taunting, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in warnings or disqualification.

- A designated Tournament Marshal will host and supervise all official matches.

– The marshal has final authority in pausing/resuming games, handling disputes, and declaring technical rematches.

- Substitution is only allowed before the match starts, or during technical issues approved by the marshal.

Full mechanics:
1. The ICTiktok program is open to all Junior High School students from Grade 7 to Grade 10.

2. Participants may join a group of maximum of 5 members.

3. Participants must create a TikTok video with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes, focusing on ICT-related awareness topics such as:
• Data privacy
• Cyber bullying
• Digital footprint
• Online scams
• Responsible use of social media
• Cyber ethics
• Fake news or misinformation online

4. The video must be informative, engaging, and appropriate for general audiences

5. Participants are encouraged to use creative formats such as skits, voice-overs, animations, or storytelling to convey their message effectively.

6. The finished video must be posted on TikTok using the official hashtag

7. The TikTok account must be set to the public to allow the judges to view the entry.

8. The caption of the post must include the title of the video, grade level, and section.

8. After posting the video, participants must fill out a Google Form (link to be provided by the organizers)

9. The winner will be determined based on the highest number of likes on TikTok by the deadline. Participants are encouraged to promote their videos responsibly, as only likes received before the deadline will be counted

Full mechanics:
- Open to individual participants from Junior and Senior High School.

- The poster must reflect the official theme: “Walang Iwanan sa Digital Bayanihan.”

- Participants may use any digital design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, IbisPaint, etc.). If using IbisPaint, participants are required to submit a speedpaint recording as proof of originality.

- Strictly one (1) entry per student.

- Entries must be submitted through the Google Form provided. Late submissions will not be entertained. - Include your full name, grade & section, in the Google Form submission.
