Basketball is more than just a sport โ€” it is a game that builds teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. In this video presentation of Group 1 from Section 11 โ€“ Mayer, we present a complete overview of basketball. Our video includes the history of basketball, the equipment used, the basic skills, and the official rules of the game.

Through this presentation, we aim to show not only how basketball is played, but also the important values we learn from it. Every part of the game teaches us cooperation, respect, and determination โ€” lessons that we can apply not only on the court but also in our daily lives.

This activity is not just about playing the game, but about showing teamwork, discipline, and cooperation inside the court. Volleyball teaches us the importance of communication, trust, and understanding our roles as a team. Every serve, set, and spike shows our effort and dedication to improve our skills.

Through this performance task, we learned that winning is not the only goal. What truly matters is how we support each other, stay focused, and give our best in every play. We practiced, adjusted our strategies, and worked together to achieve one goal as one team.

Volleyball helped us build confidence, sportsmanship, and stronger teamwork. This P.E 2 experience will not only stay inside the court but also guide us in handling challenges outside the game. ๐Ÿ
