We officially checked off Community Inclusion with an unforgettable field trip to Avilon Zoo! Moving outside the four corners of our center, our students spent the day exploring wild animals and experiencing the joy of feeding them firsthand.

What sets us apart? We go the extra mile (and outside the clinic walls!) to deeply understand our students in real-life settings. This hands-on approach allows us to partner with parents and help them confidently navigate the right, customized intervention path for their child's everyday life. 🌾🦩

The “Up, Down, Left, Right” activity is a targeted visual-motor tracking task. By matching the icons to their corresponding directions, the goal is to strengthen spatial orientation and directional processing—foundational skills for literacy and daily navigation. Currently, this task is being mastered with a 95% success rate.

For a learner who processes language in gestalts, these structured, multi-step tasks are vital for building cognitive flexibility and easing transitions between different activities. We are so proud of this incredible growth! ✨
