The Roman Catholic Bishop of Novaliches Educational System officially commenced its 2026 In-Service Training (INSET) with a meaningful session dedicated to welcoming and orienting newly hired employees across the RCBNES community.
Guided by the inspiring insights of Rev. Fr. Albert N.
