On the 25th of September 1998, the academy acquired its juridical personality under the securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate No.A-1998-13903. Task was recognized by the Philippine Government under the Certificate of TVET Program registration No.R IV-017 Series 1998, issued by TESDA dated December 14, 1998 to operate its training school on Security Services.
