Responding to the call of the EDCOM II Report to professionalize and strengthen the ECCD workforce, these moments capture the collaborative spirit of the Enhanced NCIII on Early Childhood Care and Development Services Development Workshop. Educators and partners came together to refine the curriculum framework, validate program outcomes, and build a clear, ladderized pathway for Child Development Workers toward sustained professional growth.

The LEAD Center is grateful for the valuable contributions of our partners from Adarna House (Adarna Group Foundation Inc.), Unilab Education, Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council, as well as well as our internal stakeholders from Miriam College —School of Arts, Sciences, & Education (SASE), and Miriam College Skills Development and Technical Education Center
