The COMELEC is pleased to announce the official results of the LST Student Council Election for Academic Year 2026–2027!

We thank all those who participated in the election and helped make this process possible. We also congratulate the newly elected officers and entrust to them the responsibility of serving the LST student body with generosity, humility, and commitment.

May their service contribute to the continued growth of our community in collaboration, care, and mission!

𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

On the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker, around 90 Vietnamese students from Loyola School of Theology (LST) gathered at the Cardinal Sin Center. This semesterly program brings together the Vietnamese community, which numbers 134 students—the second-largest group at LST.

The celebration began with the Holy Eucharist, presided over by Fr. Peter Danh, S.J., and concelebrated by LST President Fr. Renato Repole, S.J., Vice-President Fr. Ody, S.J., along with community superiors. The LST President council Sis. Anne Marga Samson Tongo also participated in this program. The Mass strengthened bonds of friendship and collaboration among the students. Afterward, participants enjoyed social activities, including games, karaoke, and a shared agape meal. We also had gifts for graduating students.

The gathering also marked the announcement of a new student leader. Following one year of leadership under Br. Nguyen Phu Cuong, S.J., the association of Vietnamese students at LST is now led by Br. Le Hoang Son, C.S.Sp.
