Cultivating Wonder through Wonder Based Learning with Ms. Sally Haughey!

The journey of organizing a seminar-workshop for early childhood educators and advocates is truly fulfilling and I must say that the days leading to July 27 and July 28 have truly been filled with joy, love, and gratitude.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to SALLY HAUGHEY for saying YES to our invitation to share her expertise on Wonder Based Teaching in the Philippines. Her boundless joy, dynamic energy, and generous spirit have inspired and touched us all in so many ways. The Innovatrium was filled to the brim with positive energy that she shared with all of us. Dearest Sally, you sprinkled us with your Fairy Dust which we would definitely sprinkle also in our own classrooms as we cultivate wonder day by day with our children.

THANK YOU to all of our WONDER-ful participants who have traveled near and far to be with us for the two-day seminar-workshop. Your open hearts and minds and immense love for children were what made the weekend truly extra-special. On a personal note, it felt like the seminar-workshop was also a spiritual journey to reflect on our own inner stirrings of the heart — as teachers, parents, facilitators of learning, weavers of magic, sprinklers of fairy dust, cultivators of wonder.

I am sure the two days we have spent together learning with Sally Haughey and with each other, have affirmed our choice to become advocates for children and their right to play. This is our true compass — our true purpose. Let us continue to hold hands and transform the world one day at a time for all children. This is our BIGGEST SUPERPOWER.
