UPCAT 2026 Important Dates

For Grade 11 students this SY 2024-2025, note that the UPCAT 2026 for incoming new first-year students for AY 2026-2027 is on 2 & 3 August 2025 (Saturday and Sunday).

Online applications will be open from 3 to 31 March 2025. Grades submissions will be accepted after the exam, from 4 to 25 August 2025.

Please make sure that you have your valid school ID or any government-issued ID on the day of the UPCAT.

Qacquarelli Symonds (QS) released Asia University rankings for 2025. QS evaluates and compares universities and institutions based on program strength, facilities, graduate employability, ratio, and faculty assessment.

In the Philippines, the University of the Philippines (UP) maintained its first rank as the top institution of higher education in the country despite only garnering a 60.6 score. The 'Big 4' universities also remained the top 4 universities based on the evaluation, trailing behind UP are Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, and the University of Santo Tomas respectively.
