How about creating and hiring SCA V positions for guidance designates?

Fast-track the hiring of School Counselors (RGCs). Comsider also the creation of SCA V plantilla positions for guidance designates. In public schools there are plenty of guidance designates, although they are non-RGCs they are well-trained, experienced, competent, educationally qualified based on QS for SCA. Bkit hindi magcreate ng SCA V para sila ang iluklok sa puwesto. i support SCA 1 poistions for psychometrician but i think mas malaki ang chance na mas maayos ang pamamalakad sa mga care centers kung may SCA V rather than focusing on SCA1 only.
