The DepEd Guidance Counselors Association of the Philippines-DepEd GCAP visited the three interconnecting key agencies, DepEd, DBM and CSC in a day. Our aim: to fast track the creation of the plantilla positions for School Division Counselors, School Counselors, and School Counselor Associates. Thank you very much DepEd BHROD Usec. Cabral, Chief Chanda Crisostomo, BHROD-OED Chief Albert Jerome, BHROD-PD, and others for warm accommodation. Our conversation matters most for our public schools Guidance Counselors!
