Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Gather details about the loss, involved parties, and immediate actions taken.
• Accurately document claims in the claims management system according to company policies.
• Review insurance policies to determine coverage eligibility.
• Educate claimants about the claims process and required documents.
• Coordinate with North America-based claims adjusters for investigation and resolution.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions for audit and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely updates to claimants.
• Ensure quality of work by following procedures, conducting self-reviews, and accepting feedback.
• Collaborate with team members and raise concerns for smoother workflow.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Successfully pass certification exams related to the role.
Job Requirements:
• Tertiary education
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency: 5/5; Filipino fluency: 4/5).
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
• Sound understanding of claims administration and related systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Familiarity with CRM and call center systems is a plus.
