To address the recurring incidents of students not updating, wearing, or carrying their identification cards upon entering the university, the Student Discipline Office will strictly enforce the No ID, No Entry Policy starting Academic Year 2026–2027. This measure is intended to ensure that all individuals on campus are officially enrolled, comply with university regulations, and uphold the standards expected of NU Fairview students.
At the beginning of each Term, an adjustment period of up to two (2) weeks will be granted to incoming freshmen and continuing students. This period allows students sufficient time to secure newly issued IDs or update their existing identification cards.
After the adjustment period, students who fail to obtain or update their IDs will be subject to corresponding disciplinary action in accordance with the policies of the Student Discipline Office. Entry to the campus will not be permitted without a valid and updated ID.
The cooperation of all students in adhering to this policy is essential to maintaining campus security, promoting discipline, and ensuring accountability.
