We are 3rd year Nursing Student at Trinity University of Asia - St. Luke's College of Nursing . In line with the requirements for graduation, we are currently looking for participants for our research study entitled “Cultural Competence, Cultural Sensitivity, Clinical Competence and Clinical Confidence of New Overseas Filipino Nurses”. Our main focus is in USA.

We are looking for participants with this following criteria:
✅ Filipino USRN
✅ 0 to 3 Years Work Experience in the USA
✅ Encounter with Non - Filipino Patients
✅Hospital Bed side nurse
✅ Nationality: Filipino
