𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒 | Flint competes in 2nd APSA Journalism Camp

Scribes of The Flint progressed to the second day of the second Journalism Camp organized by the Association of Private School Administrators, Inc. (APSA) at the School of St. Anthony on Aug. 15, 2026, marking the continuation of the intensive journalism training and the competition proper.

Participants proceeded to their respective classrooms to continue their hands-on training before taking on the intensive contest proper in their respective journalism categories. The activities tested their ability to apply the techniques, principles, and skills gained from the previous training sessions.

With the competition underway, the Flint scribes put their writing, reporting, broadcasting, and other journalism skills to the test as they competed alongside fellow student journalists from participating schools.

Awarding and closing ceremonies are set for Saturday, Aug. 29, where outstanding participants and schools will be recognized for their performance and the skills, experiences, and lessons gained throughout the second APSA Journalism Camp.

Iyan ang isa sa mga naging paksa na binigyang-diin ni JM Encinas, mamamahayag ng GMA Network at panauhing tagapagsalita sa unang araw ng pagsasanay sa Association of Private School Administrators (APSA) QC Journalism Centrex na ginanap sa School of Saint Anthony, ikawalo ng Agosto 2026. Kung saan ito ay nangangahulugan na hindi lahat ng mambabasa o manonood ay mahusay sa pag-unawa ng Ingles. Kaya bilang mamamahayag, mahalaga na marunong tayong maisaayos ang paraan ng pagsusulat at tama ang paggamit ng wika na nakadepende sa iyong madla.
