✨JOURNEYING TOGETHER AS PILGRIMS OF HOPE✨

Sometimes, the most meaningful journeys begin with a pause, to step away from the busyness of our daily work, quiet our hearts, and reconnect with God and our mission.

From August 17–19, 2026, our Non-Teaching Personnel, Maintenance Services Personnel, and selected College Faculty came together for the Annual Retreat for Personnel at Betania Retreat House, Tagaytay City.

Anchored in the theme, “Ignacian Marian Community: Pilgrims of Hope, Journeying as Catalysts of Hope, Prayer and Mission for Christ’s Disarming Peace,” the retreat became a time of prayer, reflection, renewal, and fellowship, an opportunity to deepen our faith and rediscover the joy and purpose of serving others.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Rev. Fr. Severo “Jong” Biton, Jr., SVD, our Spiritual Director, for accompanying us and guiding us throughout this meaningful spiritual journey.

May the grace of this retreat remain in our hearts as we return to our daily mission, renewed in faith, strengthened in hope, and inspired to be bearers of Christ’s peace wherever we are called to serve. 💙🕊️

💙 Together, let us continue to journey in hope, pray with faith, and serve with love.

Continuing the journey toward transformative leadership!

Building on the foundation of our 3-part Leadership Training Series, "LEAD: Heart, Synergy, Impact," the College Department successfully held its second session on August 24, 2026, with a focus on "Building Healthy Team Dynamics and Overcoming Burnout Together."

Officers from the Central Student Government (CSG) and various student organizations learned practical strategies for collaborative communication, stress management, work-life balance, and team resilience while pursuing organizational excellence.

🎉💙 Building Connections, Creating Memories! 💙🎉

The Basic Education Department successfully held its First Quarter Socialization, bringing together our faculty members and Academic Council for an afternoon filled with fun, fellowship, and camaraderie. 🌟

Through exciting games prepared by the Faculty Club Officers and a delightful merienda shared together, participants enjoyed meaningful moments of laughter, teamwork, and connection beyond the workplace. 🤝✨

This gathering reminds us that a strong and supportive community is built not only through work, but also through shared experiences and genuine relationships.

✨ One partnership. Shared learning. A commitment to continual improvement. ✨

On August 12, 2025, members of the Ignacian Marian Community took part in a Benchmarking Activity at St. Mary’s College of Baliuag, Inc., creating an avenue for meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange, and learning from institutional best practices.

Through engaging conversations with administrators and support services personnel, the activity provided valuable insights into quality assurance, learner support, risk management, campus safety and security, finance, human resources, facilities management, information technology, library services, and other institutional support functions. It also offered a deeper understanding of the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) and its role in strengthening learner well-being, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, and continual improvement.

More than an exchange of systems and practices, the activity strengthened professional collaboration and institutional partnerships, inspiring us to embrace innovative approaches and continuously improve the quality of services we provide to our learners and stakeholders.

💙 Together, we learn. Together, we collaborate. Together, we pursue excellence in service and education.
