📌 Skills vs Degree – The Real Life Lesson

Studies show that 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 more than just having a degree. In fact, research from Harvard Business Review found that companies are shifting towards “skills-based hiring”, where what you can do matters more than the paper you hold.

A degree may open the door, but skills keep you inside the room. Many successful people without degrees have thrived because they mastered relevant skills, adapted, and kept learning.

🎯 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Don’t stop at chasing 𝗱𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀—chase growth. Invest in real, applicable skills, because in the end, your capabilities will speak louder than your credentials.

"Whatever your passion is, keep doing it. Don't waste time chasing after success or comparing yourself to others. Every flower blooms at a different pace. Excel at doing what your passion is and only focus on perfecting it. Eventually, people will see what you are great at doing, and if you are truly great, success will come chasing after you!"
