The NCR 16 Sandigan Region, led by Kuya Governor Nards Barruga Zambales, in collaboration with EPEPEC-NLR 9 and its affiliated clubs: Quezon City Sandigan Eagles Club, headed by President Jon-Jon Esguerra and represented by VP Jake Andrada Bariuan; the Tagapangalaga Central Eagles Club, headed by President Raymund Comia and represented by Kuya Joocs Abulencia; the Albay Viejo Sandigan Eagles Club, headed by Kuya Larry Ayende , the Manila Sandigan Spartan Eagles Club, headed by President Pete Manongdo ; the Manila Spardigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Wally Dizon; the Abu Dhabi - UAE Central Sandigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Reynante Abellanosa; the Oman Kalasag Lahi Sandigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Gerry Manglicmot; the Quezon City builders Sandigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Jerry Tagalicud and the Abu Dhabi UAE Sandigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Mones Anguluan; Dubai UAE Sandigan Eagles Club headed by Kuya Vod Yee Concepcion SUCCESFULLY conducted a Humanitarian Outreach Activity for the fire victims of Barangay Paltok, Quezon City, on May 24, 2026.

Distribution of relief goods, hygiene kits, food packs and feeding program (Sopas and Bread)

The Region expresses its heartfelt gratitude to all participating clubs and partner who contributed to the success of this noble undertaking.

Certificates of Appreciation will be awarded to the said clubs in recognition of their support, cooperation, and valuable contribution to the success of this noble activity.

The NCR XVI Sandigan Region warmly welcomed Kuya Gerry Manglicmot, President, Oman Kalasag-Lahi Sandigan Eagles Club during his meaningful visit to the NCR 16 Sandigan Region Nest.

Kuya Gerry was graciously received by Kuya Gov Nards Barruga Zambales together with Former Gov Jeff Pecson and the club presidents present namely Kuya Jon-Jon Esguerra Kuya Wally Dizon, Kuya Regional Secretary Jake Andrada Bariuan, Kuya Marvin Cruz , Kuya president Jerry Tagalicud, Kuya Allan Gutierrez.

As a gesture of appreciation and brotherhood, Kuya Gerry Manglicmot was presented with special tokens from the region, including an Eagles car emblem sponsored by Kuya Jeff and the official NCR 16 Sandigan Regional Shirt.

The NCR 16 Sandigan Region expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Kuya Gerry Manglicmot for his visit and continued support in promoting unity and fellowship among Eagles clubs locally and internationally.
