⚓ Anchors aweigh, Travelers! ENGAGE 2024 is only a night away! As ASEC eagerly awaits your arrival tomorrow, make sure to remember the following for us to have a smooth ride across the seas:
Q: Are participants allowed to stay after the event has ended?📌
A: You are required to leave The Hive when the event ends at 3:30pm. However, you are free to visit areas open to the public within the vicinity such as the museums found in the building’s other wing.
Q: What is the policy for late arrivals? Who do I contact if I am late?📌
A: Late arrivals will be accepted but are highly discouraged. Should you be arriving late, please inform us via our page or text our Registration Committee members Angel (09054650519) or Jezzine (09993016228).
Q: What should we bring?📌
A: Please bring your own necessities, a water bottle, a fan, and your own pocket money should you wish to bring home some ASEC merchandise!
Q: Is there a dress code for the event?📌
A: The dress code is t-shirt/polo shirt and pants. Please make sure that what you’re wearing is comfortable as the activities may need you to move a lot. Please also refrain from wearing anything inappropriate for learning.
Q: What are the policies on participants being able to document the event?📌
A: Participants are discouraged from using their phones during the speaker’s portions of the event. We shall discuss more on this during the opening ceremony.
