One of traditional healing method is manual manipulation using the sense of touch. One would initially believe that it is nothing more than a massage, but traditional healing is more than that. Energy manipulation is what it is.

Traditional healing massages modify the electrical charges of the body, which results in a biochemical reaction where it is required.

After your heilote therapy, do you take a fast shower that's warm?

In an ideal scenario, you should wait approximately eight to twelve hours after your session before having a shower of any kind.
The practice of taking a shower after receiving a massage is not encouraged since it has the potential to cause the muscles to get cold, which can result in muscle tension and pain.
Also, taking a shower can remove the beneficial oils that were applied during your session.
