How do we show up for others when our own hearts are still learning to understand themselves? In the session on 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞, the participants of Batch 17 took a deep, sacred dive into the landscape of the human heart.

Guided by the wisdom of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐆𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐨, the participants explored the 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥). By reflecting on their 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 —from childhood to young adulthood—they peeled back the ""masks"" they wear and learned to navigate their emotions with greater clarity. Through personal reflection and deep group sharing, they moved toward a healthier, more authentic way of relating to themselves, one another, and the community.

Batch 17 recently explored the essence of 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 under the guidance of 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐚. This session moved beyond simple productivity, focusing instead on awakening the inner fire that drives true purpose.

Through 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬, Sir Butch challenged limiting beliefs and sparked entrepreneurial thinking, encouraging a paradigm shift toward excellence. Today, we celebrate the mystery of the Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—a perfect communion of love that invites us into a deeper relationship with God and with one another.

The Feast Exposure

Beyond the classroom and the formation compound, mission is a celebration of life. Our Batch 17 participants recently stepped into the vibrant, soul-stirring world of The Feast for a unique social exposure, experiencing the profound power of Praise and Worship.

For our participants from Laos, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, South Korea, and Myanmar, this wasn’t just an event—it was a deep encounter with a living faith. They witnessed firsthand how music and prayer can bridge cultures and heal weary spirits, creating a space where every person is truly welcome. Seeing thousands united in a single song of hope reminded our young leaders that while their home countries face different joys and trials, they are all part of one heart, beating for a shared purpose in Asia.

It was a beautiful lesson in the ""Spirituality of Joy""—proving that when we lift our voices together, we find the strength to transform our communities from the inside out.
