The essence of democracy is not only free speech. It is also being open to opinions contrary to one’s own views on issues and ideological views. At the heart of free speech is the God-given freedom which we call FREE WILL. We were made by God this way. Rejecting this is to disrespect not only each other but also the One who created each one of us to be unique and different. LET US RESPECT AND LOVE EACH OTHER. AFTER ALL, WE ARE ALL FILIPINOS WHO LOVE JESUS CHRIST.

We will not be airing our 3pm devotion today to encourage you to attend the Online National Prayer Gathering by the Intercessors for the Philippines under Bishop Dan Balais this afternoon. Just visit their FB Page this afternoon and enjoy God's presence and message to the Philippine Church in this time of the public health crisis and geopolitical uncertainty. Shalom.
Life is like a v***r compared to all eternity. It is a whiff of mist, one moment is there and the next, it is gone forever! The greatest thing we can accomplish is nothing compared to what God has prepared for each of us who trusts His Son Yeshua. So the purpose of life is not to accumulate and accomplish but rather it is to intimately know God through His Son Jesus and do everything He left for us to finish.

mLBCii Worship Online: REVELATIONS 6: THE FOUR RIDERS THAT COMES BEFORE THE RETURN OF CHRIST. Join us this Sunday at 10:00am (GMT +8 HOURS). We are live at our FB Page The Ministries of the Living Body of Christ International, Incorporated. You are welcome to join us online.
The local fellowships, assemblies and congregations who worship Jesus Christ must prepare for this NEW NORMAL. The lifting of the quarantine does not signal the end of the pandemic and worldwide suffering but rather warns us to get ready for the judgment of Christ and the earth’s shaking as Jesus return approaches.
Remember, Jesus loves all of us and wants us to be able to understand the things happening in our time, respond not to these things but to what He says, and with great haste and care finish the work that Jesus left for us to do while waiting for His return to bring us back home.

OUR PRESIDENT’S CALL TO A WEEK OF PRAYER MUST BE HEEDED! This is a sign that our country is ready for revival and supernatural breakthroughs!
When a nation’s leader or leaders calls for prayer, (2 Chronicles 7:14):
“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
The bible prescribes three things that our nation must do:
First, the Filipino nation humbles itself before God
Second, our nation then starts to pray
Third, the Filipino nation as one body while praying shall seek God
Fourth, our nation while praying will turn from our evil and wicked ways…
Then, You O God will answer the prayers of our nation, in full accord with Your perfect will, from Your heavenly throne. You will do what we ask and petition. You will then forgives our sin and heal the country!
Lord we humble and bow down to You for You are our Sovereign. We call upon Your Name Jesus as one nation seeking to see Your face. Lord, forgive us of our sins individually and as a nation. We confess all of them to You now and surrender our lives to You. We beg for Your mercy. Do not remove Your hand upon our land and people. Have mercy on us Lord.
President Rodrigo Duterte has declared the fourth week of March 2020 as a "National Week of Prayer" to unite Filipinos from all faiths and religions in prayer amid the threat of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to the country.
Duterte said, "I ask everyone to pray for the recovery of those who are now suffering from COVID-19, for comfort to those who lost loved ones, and for the protection of all, especially the most vulnerable sectors of society," Duterte said in Proclamation No. 934, which he signed on Saturday.
O God, comfort those who are now suffering from the COVID-19 virus including the health professionals, the civilian authorities, the men and women in uniform that have contracted the disease while doing their sworn duty.
"Pray also for strength and endurance for our outstanding medical professionals and health workers on the frontlines, your military and law enforcement officers, the government officials and personnel dealing with the present threat, and all Filipinos who are working tirelessly to protect our communities, sacrificing their lives in the service of the country," he added.
Lord we pray for all those serving in the frontlines treating those who have been infected with this virus. Protect and preserve their health and their lives for they serve Your people. Grant us the heart to do our part by obeying the civil authorities in keeping the peace and order. Convict us, the whole Filipino nation, Holy Spirit to submit to our government as those who have been elected to public office do their duty to serve the Philippines, your sheep nation! As You grant Your wisdom, strength and perseverance to all those in the government to govern Your people well that Your name be glorified.
The signing of the proclamation came after officials of the House of Representatives requested President Duterte in a letter to declare March 22 as "National Day of Prayer" in the face of the COVID-19 threat. Our lawmakers turned to the Supreme Lawgiver
Grant wisdom and faith to our President, the members of His Cabinet down to the local government units, our Legislature to pass urgent bills into laws that will benefit Your people, the Filipinos.
The Senate and the House of Representatives will also hold a special session, which Duterte himself called, on Monday at 10 a.m. to take up measures to address the COVID-19 threat.
Lord, grant us Your mercy and grace as a nation dedicated to You for we have declared that You are the Lord of the Philippines. Lord, make the Philippines a missionary training and sending nations to all nations of the world! This we pray in Your most Holy Name. Amen.
…Aming ligaya nang pag
May mang-aapi
Ang mamatay ng dahil sayo…
(Lyrics from Lupang Hiniriang, The Philippines National Anthem)
There is a threat to our country, it is our joy to lay down our lives for our countrymen. We are praying incessantly and continually for all the FRONTLINE HEROES (all medical and health personnel, men and women in uniform, public servants and volunteers who put themselves in harm's way to serve our country and the Filpino nation) especially who have already paid the ultimate price for serving God and His people in the Philippines. Our deepest sympathies to your loved ones who are also at risk in contracting this virus. We donor those who are serving, both those who have fallen and those who continue to risk their own lives to save others). To the rest of our countrymen, we can only do two things to acknowledge and express our gratitude to these HEROES: 1) pray to God for them, and 2) obey our civil government authorities. SHALOM bey Shem Yeshua!
“Being still is different from doing nothing.” Quote from Jackie Chan, from the Karate Kid. The bible in Psalm 46:10 gives us a deeper understanding of being still. It is to recognize that we cannot always being actively doing things. Being at rest or ceasing from our work is part of the cycle just like the seven-day cycle where we actively work and one day we cease from doing it. Then start again the cycle. We reflect why we going through the repetitive cycles. Each cycle is not the same, one precedes another, one comes after the former. They can never be the same. A great majority of people cannot see the difference. This is where human wisdom stops and God’s wisdom is the only viable way. Ecclesiastes 1 teaches that everything we go through in life is meaningless unless we see beyond the cycles or seasons (kairos) in life…unless we understand beyond the cycles that everything is not just a passage of time but the reality that chromos or time is also linear, meaning it has an origin and a destination, and that along the way we find kairos or cycles in which we take momentary rest to prepare ourselves for the next cycle with each cycle moving across the linear time towards something we know or do not know, something we intentionally pursue or not, something we choose to design or just accept as a random outcome. The journey has an end but has none for it is God’s design that we live a life with no end. That in the end, we find He is there waiting for us since the day He thought of us long before we were conceived in our mother’s womb. -mLBCii Online-
