Magis Academic Mentors

Our Philosophy is focused on mentoring, not merely tutoring. We also cater to academically gifted students by offering them advanced study programs.

The Magis Academic Mentors is composed of excellent mentors who obtained their undergraduate degrees and have either finished or are currently finishing their graduate degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University and University of the Philippines. Our teaching method is designed not only to improve the academic proficiency of the students, but also to train them in studying effectively and help them appreciate the essence of their subjects. We cater to students who are having academic difficulty by providing a structured program specifically designed to their individual pace, with the final goal of helping them become independent learners. With this mission, we devised the unlimited system. Unlimited System
The unlimited system aims for the students to focus on learning while enjoying studying without being bothered by the number of hours consumed. This is inspired by the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm practiced in Jesuit schools like Ateneo de Manila University. The system is structured into the following steps:
1. Discussion of lessons
2. Assistance in assignments
3. Drills and sample exams to reinforce the lessons (this is the best way to learn by identifying weaknesses and fortifying strengths!)
4. Advanced lessons for the next topics
5. Weekend review before examinations.
