[NOTICE OF COUNCILOR CARREON'S LEAVE OF ABSENCE]

The Office of the Chairperson received Councilor Carreon's filing for Leave of Absence recently, which will be effective tomorrow, 17 December 2025, until 25 December 2025.

Councilor Carreon cited health reasons and housing concerns behind her LOA. The council is open to give further assistance to Councilor Carreon should be needed.

All responsibilities under Gender Committee shall be delegated until further notice.

Notice of Resignation of Councilor Juvhi Kamus

The UP College of Education Student Council (UP CESC) is the official student government of the UP College of Education, the country’s foremost institution for teacher education.

The council received a letter from Councilor and Finance Committee Head Juvhi Isabel Teofila Kamus, tendering their resignation from the Council and expressing their inability to continue with the remainder of the term, citing concerns with their mental health. The letter has also been attached to this post.

After speaking with Councilor Kamus personally and extending our support, the council shall now operate with two councilor positions vacant. However, the student council will no longer have another round of councilor appointments. Instead, projects and events under the Finance committee shall be distributed amongst the current officers and the CESC Volunteer Corps.

The first round of the pre-enlistment for First Semester, A.Y. 2025-2026 is open from today until December 17, 2025 (Wednesday). The first batch run results will be released on December 18, 2025 (Thursday).

🔍You may access your pre-enlistment module by logging in to your CRS accounts (www.crs.upd.edu.ph) and clicking the Pre-enlistment tab. Be reminded to fill out your Student Profile if you haven't done so already. Also, kindly undergo pre-advising with your adviser regarding the courses that you plan to take before pre-enlisting.

The Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) Answering for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026 will be open until TODAY, December 05, 2925. To accomplish the SET, just log in to your CRS accounts and go to “SET Answering Module”. Once you click the SET Answering Module, the list of your professors to evaluate for this semester will appear.

✅ Please make sure to accomplish your SETs on or before the deadline as failure to do so will result in being tagged as “low priority” in the next semester’s pre-enlistment.
