Raya alumna Unah Gapaz (SHS 2024) shares how she turned her passion for architecture into a meaningful Capstone project: designing a low-cost home for families in Quezon City.

From Pinterest boards to real-life designs, she discovered not only her skills but also the deeper purpose of using her passion to serve communities. Her journey reflects how student choice and authentic projects can nurture learning as well as values like empathy and purpose. 💙🧡

We’re seeking dedicated Values Formation Coaches who can support students in their socio-emotional growth, character development, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly Safe Space classes for higher grades
- Support students’ socio-emotional and behavioral development
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators on student well-being initiatives
- Help organize parent workshops and community outreach programs
- Coordinate student counseling, case monitoring, and psychological testing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Philosophy
- Strong personal values and ethical conduct
- Willing to work on-site in Fairview, Quezon City
- Registered Psychometricians or Guidance Counselors preferred
- Full-time position
