Vegetable Tartare. Chefs are such amazing creatives in the world! The layers of vegetables here are not just fantastically beautiful, they're super yummy too! May our own creative "kitchen" regardless of what we do keep growing, discover new things, and never tire of seeing things with fresh and excited eyes.
So what's in your creative list this weekend?

Amazing finds at BKK! A wise man we know once said that one will know more about a country's progress by entering its convenience stores and supermarkets to see and sample their own products. We definitely felt the ABUNDANCE of Thailand's agriculture, aquaculture, horticulture, and the like! Whole coconut shells are available...even in gym bars!!!! Thanks to Trina Divino and family for sharing these. π

Looks like a scene from one of those movies?!? π± Nah! It's a team's capture of a shared shower room during their creative benchmarking.
P.S. What makes this place so nice is the sense of public respect and courtesy that users seem to exhibit.

When we travel either for work or for leisure, we can't help but notice the little things that give away so much about a culture and its people's way of thinking. In Jakarta, it's easy to spot not only good coffee for the connossieurs but beverage recipes too that integrate coconut!!! I have to say this coconut latte and this cold brew also with coconut milk are yummy! That's right, let's use whatever we have in abundance.
