Hi I'm Sarah. I live in Melbourne Australia. I am the creator and blogger for Living Life In Full Spectrum (LLIFS), a paranormal blog aimed at paranormal enthusiasts and investigators.

I’ve been a part of the Australian paranormal field for close to 15 years. I started out like most people; I had an interest in the paranormal and one day I attended a public investigation. I got the bug and soon I was booking on every single week. I found my way into a couple of groups and decided to start documenting my adventures on a blog. I eventually decided that I wanted to dedicate more time to my own thing and so my path was one to walk on my own, and that is where LLIFS was born. I still collab with people and groups here and there, but LLIFS is all just me! It is my baby. The blog itself is 11 years old.

I volunteer my time running Black Rock House Paranormal Tours for Black Rock House, a historical property in Black Rock Victoria where I have also helped with marketing and raising awareness of the house. It is something I have done for the last 11 years and is probably the thing I am most proud to be a part of. I dedicate my spare time to researching and investigating the paranormal. My main focus is more on the spirit world mixed in with some parapsychology, presenting my thoughts and findings through Living Life In Full Spectrum. It covers everything from paranormal investigation techniques, equipment, experiments, theories, famous paranormal cases, historical information on locations, a general social commentary on the paranormal field and all things encountered in between.

My main thing is I don't want to tell anyone what to think or believe. I try to bring you the information from both sides of the fence and access to resources so that you can do your own research and make up your own mind. I basically always wanted this to be the place I wish I had to refer to many years ago when I didn't know where to go. There are a lot of people who will tell you their way is the ‘right’ way, but we all walk our own path. If we don't experience, try things and even make mistakes, we will never evolve and learn. There is a lot of insight that different groups of people have to offer. We don't always have to agree because if we all thought and did things the same way, we would never progress and things would be boring! Whether you have been in the paranormal for 30 years or 30 seconds, everybody’s voice matters and we all have something to offer.

I am also the Australian writer and distributor for Haunted Magazine, an award-winning indie paranormal magazine based in the UK. I have written 4 books (most are out of circulation now) and sometimes pop up in other publications.

I’m looking forward to sharing all things spooky with you! Please introduce yourself in the comments not just for me, but to connect with others too! Post a link to your groups, content, pages etc!

The presence of non-human intelligence in our atmosphere and oceans concerns humanity as a whole. Human leaders should be putting aside their regional conflicts to share data and address an important global issue.

Dr. J. Kim Penberthy: “After Death Communication in Addressing Grief and Grieving” — Presentation at the .symposium

At the Acorn Symposium, DOPS Dr. J. Kim Penberthy explores an intriguing and more common-than-many-people-realize human experience: After Death Communications (ADCs) and their role in grief and grieving.

ADCs involve experiences of sensing the presence of, receiving messages from, or otherwise experiencing a connection with someone who has died. Reports of these experiences can be found across cultures and throughout history, and research estimates that approximately 30–34% of people in the general population experience at least one ADC during their lifetime.

In this presentation, Dr. Penberthy examines research on ADCs among individuals who have lost partners or spouses and discusses their positive impact on the grieving process.

The research highlights the importance of understanding ADCs as part of the broader experience of grief and bereavement and points to the value of further exploring these experiences across cultures and in therapeutic settings.

As societies continue to face widespread experiences of illness, death, and loss, understanding the many dimensions of grief is increasingly important. This presentation offers meaningful insights into connection, healing, and the ways people experience and navigate loss.
