EVENT SY 2025-2026 | MEDICAL MISSION IN BUKIDNON | JULY 5, 2026

We just finished our medical mission organized by the Missionary Congregation of Mary (MCM) in commemoration of Bishop Francisco Claverโ€™s founding of their Congregation. This special event served over 1k Lumads in Miarayon, Talakag, Bukidnon on July 5, 2026. St Vincent School of Theology (SVST) coordinated with them with the great support of the 17-member St Vincent Medical and Dental Team of Santuario de San Vicente de Paul Parish, who worked and collaborated with 5 other doctors and 6 dentists from CDO from 8am to 3pm today. All the patients and volunteers were given snacks and lunch. Over 1k Lumads who availed of the services were also given bags of grocery goods.

We would like to especially thank Mother Evangeline Hingpit and the whole MCM family for allowing us to join their momentous event and for giving us accommodation, food, and the opportunity to visit some places in Bukidnon.

We thank all those who helped realize this big humanitarian act for those who seldom get government assistance and attention! For our SVST participation in this great event, I wish to personally thank all our volunteer doctors and dentists who generously and untiringly rendered their services to the sick and the poor!

โš• Dra. Lady Mildred Mariano (for the additional food packs contribution)
โš• The Vincentian Initiatives and other donors for the medicine procurement (Archt Ka Kuen Chua, Lady Tess Fajardo, Nanay Dory Bernabe, Nanay Nora Mendoza, Lady Leny Macalino, Ms Salve David and Friends)
โš• Mr. Emman Angelo Zshornack, CEO/President of Planet Drug Store Corporation for donating a lot of medicines;
โš• Engr Arnel Sarmiento for the airfare of majority of dentists and volunteers
โš• The Communities of the Congregation of the Mission (CM) Philippine province for the support for the many other expenses related to this medical mission and outreach program of SVST

May Godโ€™s abundant blessing be upon each one of us.

Fr. Rolando Tuazon, CM
