In line with the recommendation of the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO), please be informed that all afternoon face-to-face classes in all levels are suspended today, Friday, July 10, 2026, due to the prevailing weather conditions.

Meanwhile, morning classes will end at 2:00 PM only to ensure the safety of our students, parents, and school personnel.

We encourage everyone to stay safe and continue monitoring official announcements for further updates.

ID CAPTURING

The ID Capturing for all grade levels will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Senior High School Schedule:
🔹 Grade 12: 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 N.N.
🔹 Grade 11: 1:00 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.

Dress Code:
• Girls (Nursery to Grade 10): Complete Pink School Uniform
• Boys (All Levels): Complete School Polo and Pants
• Senior High School Students: Wear the prescribed SHS Uniform

⚠️ Important Reminders:
✅ ID Capturing is a ONE-TIME activity only. There will be NO RETAKE or rescheduling for students who fail to attend on the scheduled date and time.
✅ Students must come properly groomed and in complete school uniform, as the ID photo will be used for their official School ID.

Please be guided accordingly and arrive on time.

Gadgets Restricted During Class Hours

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 (Guidelines on Ensuring Safe and Motivating Learning Environment - ESMLE), St. Andrew Academy of Quezon City, Inc. reminds all learners, parents, and school personnel that the use of gadgets is not allowed during classes or instructional hours.

📵 Electronic devices may only be used when:
✅ Authorized by the teacher for educational purposes; or
✅ Needed during an emergency.

This policy aims to:
📚 Promote focused and meaningful learning.
🛡️ Maintain a safe, respectful, and motivating school environment.
💻 Encourage the responsible and appropriate use of technology.

St. Andrew Academy prioritizes the safety and well‑being of every student, teacher, and staff. As part of our disaster preparedness program, we will be conducting our Regular Earthquake Drill to ensure everyone knows what to do during an emergency.

✅ EARTHQUAKE DRILL DETAILS
🗓️ Date: June 24,2026
⏰ Time: 9:30am
📍 Venue: Whole School Premises

📝 What to remember during the drill:
✅ DROP — Get down on your hands and knees.
✅ COVER — Protect your head and neck under a sturdy table or desk.
✅ HOLD ON — Stay in place until the shaking stops.
✅ EVACUATE — Walk calmly and quickly to the designated open area.
✅ STAY CALM — Do not run, push, or panic.

ℹ️ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
🔹 Assembly Area: School Grounds
🔹 Supervision: All teachers and staff will guide students during the activity.
