We are also sincerely grateful for our Interact Club advisers, whose guidance, patience, and unwavering support continuously shaped us into better leaders and individuals. Your belief in our potential pushed us to grow, to lead with purpose, and to remain grounded in service despite challenges.

You learn how to manage your time, stay calm under pressure, and take responsibility for your choices. Every win you get and every mistake you fix helps you become a more capable person. This part of your journey isn’t selfish – it’s necessary. You can’t lead others well if you don’t know how to lead yourself first.

Once you step into a leadership role, everything changes. The way you measure success shifts completely. Now, it’s not just about how well you do – it’s about how well your whole team does.

As a leader, your job is to help every person on your team or organization do their best work and become the best version of themselves. That means taking the time to understand what each team member is good at and what they want to achieve. You teach them new skills, give them chances to try new things, and support them when they face problems. When someone makes a mistake, you don’t blame them – you use it as a chance to help them learn.
