Open to QC Citizen students of TUA who are pet owners of domestic cats and dogs.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1. Please bring your valid QC residency and student ID.
2. Pets must be healthy and at least 3 months old.
3. All participants must bring their own pet carrier and leash. For everyone’s safety, pets must be securely leashed and must remain inside their carriers at all times during the event.

As the University Student Council continues to uphold its commitment to service, we also visited 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. A short yet lively program was conducted for the elderly residents, featuring singing battles and zumba performances from the USC Officers and Executive Committee members.✨

A special thanks as well to Jelai Salon for sharing their talents and generosity through grooming services provided for the elderly residents and staff of Kanlungan ni Maria. Your kindness and dedication truly added comfort and confidence to their day.

Through simple moments of joy and companionship, this outreach aimed 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵. May this remind us that even the smallest acts of kindness can leave lasting warmth in the hearts of others.🫶🏻

Last 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the University Student Council together with the selected Executive Committee members conducted a short yet meaningful program at 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮, a crisis intervention center that provides shelter and hope for girls who have experienced and endured life on the streets of Metro Manila.🏠

Through this experience, we were able to share in their mission of standing firm in continuously 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳, 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, and 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭 young girls from the trauma of abuse and exploitation.

As students leaders, we refuse to stay quiet while those in power are protected by our public institutions instead of serving the Filipino people justice. No one, regardless of their position, should be above the law.

Therefore, we demand 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆; we demand an independent press and equal justice for everyone.

To the women who are our first teachers, strongest pillars, and loudest cheerleaders — 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆!💐
