Two CSP faculty members — both medical doctors — are celebrating milestones!

𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻

Today marks the Lantern Festival 元宵节, a celebration of light that occurs on the 15th day of the new year. This festival officially culminates the two-week-long Spring Festival season. As we look back, we thank the many faces that came and celebrated culture and family with us.

Until next year brings us all together again!

Today, we were happy to have in our company two experts in the arts: Ulysses Yu, who specializes in Chinese painting and Joseph Tinio, musician and guzheng player.

Both Yu and Tinio participated in the recently-concluded Spring Film Festival, the former as a painting workshop facilitator and the latter as a guzheng concert performer.

Over lunch, we celebrated this season that is the Spring Festival 🎉

A blank lantern, a vision brought to life. ✨ Aaron, instructor from the Ateneo de Manila University Chinese Studies Program and guests at Shangri-La Plaza transformed simple white lanterns into meaningful expressions of hope, abundance, and personal goals.
