If you prefer to receive your portrait through a courier, you may arrange for a delivery option. Please contact the alumni page via Messenger before booking a courier. For authorized representatives, please bring the following:

-An authorization letter
-A photocopy of your ID
-A screenshot of the filled out tracer form

The authorization letter must be submitted via Messenger to the alumni page (https://www.facebook.com/WorldCitiCollegesAlumni) before pick-up. Portraits will be available for collection from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on your designated date. Please follow the schedule accordingly.
