Calling all graduating College and SHS students who are officers of recognized organizations and clubs — you may now apply for the Leadership Award.

📌 Qualification Criteria:
Achievement Profile
Event Participation
Organized Activities
Organization Involvement
(100 points total)
Applicants must obtain a score of 75–100 points to qualify for the award.

🗓 Submission & Application Period:
May 11–16, 2026
(On May 16, submissions will only be accepted until 11:00 AM.)

📂 Submission Guidelines:
- Place all requirements in a long brown envelope
- Short bond paper.
- Hard Copy ONLY.
- Write or print your complete name neatly at the upper back portion of the envelope.
