Please also ensure that you have successfully submitted your response. You can do this by checking your email inbox (including your spam folder) if you have received a copy of your response. If not, you may double check with us if your response has been received by messaging this page your full name and student number.

Note: Those who applied for graduation last semester but did not get to finish must apply again.

This is for the reference of all enlisted and enrolled students, as well as for students needing to pre-rog for PE and SS classes. Please note that CHK will only be accepting prerogs tomorrow and on Friday. Thank you!

[MIDYEAR AY 25-26: SUBMISSION OF PROOF OF PREREQUISITES]

All students enlisted in SS and PEd classes with prerequisites (CHK and non-CHK students) are required to submit proof that you have taken the prerequisite class/es in the form of a screenshot of your grade/s from CRS.

Please check the Class Messages tab in your CRS homepage to access the link of submission.

Failure to comply by June 25, 2026 (Thursday) will result in the forfeiture of your slot in the class (i.e. the class will be cancelled by the department).

Kindly message your adviser, the assigned Registration Assistant to you, or our page for questions and concerns.

Please be reminded that the pre-enlistment for Midyear A.Y. 2025-2026 starts TODAY, June 1, Monday.

Before pre-enlisting subjects, please make sure that you have filled out your Student Profile, are already pre-advised, and have paid attention to the subjects’ pre-requisites and/or Mode of Delivery as indicated under the “Remarks” tab on CRS.

May 27 – Start of CHK Pre-Advising Period
June 1–7 – Pre-enlistment Period
June 8 – Release of Pre-enlistment Results
June 15 – Start of the Registration Period
June 16 – Last day of withdrawal of enlistment
June 18 – Start of Classes
June 25 – Last day of Change of Matriculation (CoM)
