‎For all we know, the UST Entrance Test consists of four subtests namely Mathematics, Science, English, and Mental Ability‎. These subtests are vital in ensuring that you will pursue your higher education studies in one of the oldest and prestigious universities in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas.

But what does 'Fail One, Fail All' policy mean?

It means that if you fail even a single subtest, or one point away from its cutoff, you will be ineligible to enroll and will not be qualified to pass the UST Entrance Test. For most applicants, the Mental Ability is what makes them cut their USTET stint. Despite passing the three subtests, they will automatically not qualify if their Mental Ability subtest shows 'Failed' as its remarks.

For all USTET examinees this year, make sure to review your past subjects and topics in Junior and Senior High School (with the help of our posted possible coverage in our Telegram channel 😉) and ace the test starting in October!

| APPLICATIONS FOR PNUAT 2027 ARE NOW OPEN! 🧑‍🏫🎓

Philippine Normal University (PNU) is NOW ACCEPTING online applications for Incoming First-Year and Transferee Students for Academic Year 2027-2028.

Application period is from August 3, 2026 to October 23, 2026.

The PNU Admission Test is scheduled on November 8, 2026.

Graduating Senior High School students, Senior High School graduates who are taking a gap year, ALS / PEPT Completer / Passer, and College Transferees are eligible to apply.

Requirements include the following:
– Signed PWEBSS Application Form with 2x2 Picture
– 1 pc. 2x2 Colored ID Picture
– Appendix A: High School Scholastic Record
– Certified True Copy of Certificate of Enrollment or Registration
– Appendix B: Declaration as a New Student (for gap year students only)
– Photocopy of Transcript of Records (for transferees only)
– Certification from PEPT / ALS (for Junior High School or its equivalent completers only)
– Appendix C: Recommendation Forms*
– Appendix D: Personal Statement*
– Appendix E: Research Interest*
*additional requirements for Straight Program (BS-MA Program) Applicants only
