Three days. Three coaches. One room of Financial Advisors who walked in unable to edit and walked out with videos they made themselves.

Coach Migs on writing, because you do not get to shoot anything until you have written something worth shooting. Coach Keith on editing, because the story is not in the footage, it is in the order. Coach Jasper on AI, because the tool does not replace the idea, it removes the excuse.

Nobody left with just notes. Everyone left with something they made.

That is the whole point, and it is the only measure of a training that actually worked.

If you want this run for your team, message the page and we will walk you through it.

You do not get to shoot anything until you have written something worth shooting.

That is where Day 1 started. No cameras, no apps, no gear talk. Just the writing module, because a camera cannot rescue a message that was never clear in the first place.

Most people do it backwards. They buy the equipment, film something, then try to work out what it was supposed to say. Then they wonder why it did not land.

Coach Migs opened the Intensive with house rules, the buddy system, and one order of operations: write it first. By the afternoon, everyone in that room was shooting a script they had written themselves that morning.

Walang nagmamarunong. Demo, drill, check.

Write it first. Everything after that gets easier.

AI is not going to give you something to say.

That is the part people get wrong. They open the tool expecting it to hand them an idea, and what comes back is generic, because generic is all they gave it.

What AI does remove is every reason you used to have for not posting. No budget for the shot. No time to film it. Nobody to build the graphic. Those are gone.

Coach Jasper closed Day 2 with cinematic AI prompting, the Spartan B-Roll Generator, and b-roll and motion graphics built in Google Flow. Within the hour, people who had never generated anything in their lives were producing shots they could never have afforded to film.

The idea is still yours. The excuse is not.

Bring the idea. Let the tool handle the rest.

Your footage is not your story.

Ten people can shoot the exact same day and come back with ten different videos. Same room, same light, same clips. The only difference is the order they put them in.

That is what editing actually is. Not effects, not transitions, not which app you use. It is deciding what comes first, what comes after, and what never makes the cut at all.

Coach Keith spent Day 2 of the Intensive teaching exactly that. Rough cut first, polish later. Lay the story down, keep what serves the message, cut everything else.

Most people never finish a video because they try to make it perfect before they have made it make sense.

Get the order right. The polish is the easy part.

THREE DAYS. ONE ROOM. AND EVERYBODY WALKED OUT WITH SOMETHING THEY MADE THEMSELVES.

The 3-Day Video Editing Intensive in Calgary is officially complete.

Day 1, the students wrote their own scripts and shot their own footage. Day 2, they learned editing, rough cutting, the art of b-roll, and cinematic AI prompting with Google Flow. Day 3, they finished what they started, screened it in front of the whole room, and walked up for it.

Because the goal was never to sit through three days of lectures. The goal was to walk out able to do the work.

Thank you to every student who showed up, stayed in the process, and trusted it even when it was hard.

Walang nagmarunong. Conquer the challenge with unity.

This is the 3-Day Video Editing Intensive, Calgary.

Congratulations, graduates. Let's keep creating. Let's win together!
