Dear Parents and Guardians,

​Please be guided on the schedule and guidelines for our 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

​The releasing of report cards for all grade levels will be held in the students' respective classrooms from:

📝 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM - morning session only
📝 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM - afternoon session only

​Parents or official guardians are required to personally claim the report cards so that class advisers can immediately address any concerns or clarifications.

​Please be reminded to strictly observe the designated schedule. Distribution will strictly end at 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 to give way to family mealtime in observance of "𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖."

​There will be no face-to-face classes tomorrow to allow students to spend quality time with their families. To ensure continuous learning, students are assigned 1 offline activity, which you may check in their N1 notebook.

​Regular classes will resume on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Good morning.

In compliance with DepEd directives and local government advisories, all face-to-face classes and campus activities are strictly prohibited today for the safety of our entire school community.

​All scheduled examinations for today are postponed and will be moved to next week. Exams will be administered during regular subject periods under the normal (full-period) class schedule.

​1. PRE-SCHOOL (Nursery, Kinder 1, and Kinder 2)
​Tomorrow marks their 1st Day of First Quarterly Assessment.

​2. ELEMENTARY (Grades 1 to 6)
​ONLY students who were UNABLE to complete their 1st Day Examinations (English, Math, and Spelling) are required to attend for Special Examinations.

​Students who already completed them are NOT required to attend.

​💡 Note: Afternoon session students who wish to take their special exams during the morning session are permitted to do so.

​3. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 7 to 10)
​All JHS students will take their 2nd Day Examinations (Science, Filipino, Pagbabaybay, and TLE).

In line with this, please take note of the following guidelines regarding today's scheduled Second Day of Examinations:

​📝 There will be NO EXAMINATIONS TODAY. The scheduled 2nd Day Examinations are temporarily postponed and will be rescheduled.

CLASS SUSPENSION & EXAMINATION UPDATE

​Please be informed that face-to-face classes for ALL LEVELS (Preschool to Grade 10, both Morning and Afternoon sessions) are suspended today, September 9, 2026, following the official class suspension announcement by the Quezon City Local Government due to inclement weather and the Yellow Rainfall Warning.

​In line with this, please take note of the following guidelines regarding today's scheduled First Day of Examinations:

📝 Students who are already at school may safely remain and finish taking their examinations for today. Alternatively, parents/guardians may opt to pick them up early if preferred.

​📝 Our school campus will remain open until 4:00 PM today for students who still wish to take their 1st Day Examinations. Please note that this is strictly optional. Only proceed to school if travel is entirely safe from your location.

Examination Schedule:

🗒Grades 1 to 10: The quarterly test will begin tomorrow, September 9 (Wednesday), until Friday.

🗒Pre-school: Pre-school students will have a regular class schedule tomorrow (Wednesday). Their quarterly test will begin on September 10 (Thursday) until Friday.

▫️ Please take note of your child’s exam schedule according to their grade level and session (refer to the attached photo)
