Let's support our Banilad Center for Professional Development family!

As you know, Typhoon Odette (Rai) hit many provinces in the South, including Cebu. Much of these regions currently have no water, electricity and internet/telephone/ mobile connections. Electrical posts and big trees have fallen on the roads and cut off the transport ways. Roofs were ripped off, homes washed away, and infrastructure damaged.

Our school Banilad Center for Professional Development suffered damage to its buildings and many students have been left homeless. We are grateful that all are safe.

Since the day after the typhoon hit, the school administration team have been going around the city to check on the students and their families. This will continue over the next days to distribute emergency relief: rice, food, water and to ensure that everyone is safe and attended to. In the next weeks, BCPD together with the wider FPTI family will provide further support the students and their families to help them rebuild their homes and their lives.

We invite you, our supporters, friends and alumni, to join us in this effort. We count on your support for our students, staff and neighbouring communities to help them get back on their feet.

As we celebrate the 31st Founding Anniversary of Habihan School, the management continues the goal of giving help and services for our dearest front liners at the Philippine General Hospital and to our fellow community in Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City.
