Laughter, cheers, and a hint of nervous excitement filled the air as students once again lined up for the Science Club’s “Experience to be Pirena” booth. Even after a day, the spark hadn’t faded, Everyone still wanted to feel the thrill of “holding fire.”

More than just a fun experiment, it became a moment of wonder‼️ When curiosity met courage, and science came alive right in their hands. 🤚🔥

On October 1, 2025, the Science Club of Sauyo High School launched its highly anticipated booth, “Experience to be Pirena,” as part of the school’s 47th Foundation Day celebration.

The booth gave students a unique opportunity to witness and safely interact with a chemical demonstration that produced the effect of holding fire in their hands. Using a mixture of liquid and dishwashing soap to create bubbles infused with butane gas, the flames briefly spread across the surface when ignited, creating a visually stunning and memorable experience.

The activity not only drew long lines of eager participants but also offered a hands-on lesson in chemical reactions, allowing students to engage with science in an exciting and interactive way. 🤚🔥
