If hindi pa po ninyo makukuha ang card ng bata on April 1, 2026 kindly submit letter of intent po with the following information: 1. Name and code of student-applicant, and 2. Reason for not submitting on time. Letter must be signed by guardian/parent with attached xerox of ID of guardian/parent and student.

For those student-applicants who passed in other school/program and will not enroll in BHNHS-STE, kindly comment here—“code-give up slot po” so we can give your slot/s to next in rank.
