Good evening, dear Parents, Guardians, and Graceans!

Due to the inclement weather brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the Low-Pressure Area (LPA), Divine Grace School has decided to shift to Synchronous Learning (Online Classes) tomorrow, Friday, August 14, 2026.

📌 The Friday class schedule will be followed.

📚 SPECIAL REMINDERS

1. Grade 6 Recollection
There will be NO ONLINE CLASSES for Grade 6 pupils. Instead, they are requested to report to school for their scheduled Grade 6 Recollection at Villa Consuelo.

📍 Venue: Villa Consuelo
⏰ Assembly Time: 7:30 AM
⏰ Recollection: 8:00 AM

Further details and instructions will be communicated by the respective class advisers through the official class communication channels.

2. ⛪ Holy Mass
The Holy Mass scheduled for tomorrow is postponed. Please wait for the official announcement regarding the new schedule.

3. Grade 12 Work Immersion is cancelled tomorrow and will resume next week.

4. 🏫 School Office
The School Office and Cashier will be open tomorrow, Friday, August 14, 2026, to accommodate office transactions and address important concerns.

📢 DGS RESUMPTION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

Good evening, everyone!

Please be informed that face-to-face classes will resume tomorrow, August 12, 2026 (Wednesday).

📌 JHS and SHS will follow the MONDAY schedule.

As rains are still being observed due to the prevailing weather conditions, everyone is reminded to prioritize safety:
• Bring an umbrella, raincoat, and other necessary rain gear.
• Wear appropriate footwear and avoid flooded or slippery areas.
• Exercise extra caution while traveling to and from school.
• Monitor weather conditions and official announcements.
• Parents/guardians are advised to assess the safety of their child’s travel to school, especially in areas experiencing heavy rain or flooding.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that, due to the expected heavy rainfall of 50–100 mm tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (QCDRRMC) has recommended the suspension of face-to-face classes for Kindergarten to Grade 12 in both public and private schools in Quezon City.

In view of this, Divine Grace School will SUSPEND FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES and SHIFT TO ONLINE CLASSES tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Please take note of the following:

📌 Preschool to SHS: Classes will be conducted ONLINE as scheduled.

📌 Grade 12 Work Immersion: SUSPENDED tomorrow and will be rescheduled accordingly.

📌 Grade 11 Values Formation: The scheduled activity will be RESCHEDULED to Monday, August 17, 2026.

📌 Friday Mass: The Friday Mass will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026.

We strongly encourage all students to attend their online classes and coordinate with their respective advisers and subject teachers regarding schedules and instructions.

• Child Development Centers
• Kindergarten
• Grades 1-12
• Alternative Learning System

Ipatutupad ang Alternative Delivery Modes of Learning (Synchronous / Asynchronous) upang masig**o ang patuloy na pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral.

Ang suspensyon ng klase sa HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS ay nakabatay sa pasya ng pamunuan ng eskwelahan. Gayunpaman, para sa kaligtasan ng mga g**o at mag-aaral, hinihikayat ang pagsunod sa national o localized suspension.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na mag-ingat at manatili sa inyong tahanan kung kinakailangan para sa inyong kaligtasan.

📢 DGS CLASS SUSPENSION ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that Face-to-Face, Synchronous, and Asynchronous Classes are suspended tomorrow, August 10, 2026, in accordance with the local government announcement due to the prevailing weather conditions.

📌 Grade 11 Values Formation will be moved on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, once classes officially resume.

📌 Grade 12 Work Immersion is likewise suspended and will push through once classes officially resume.

Everyone is advised to prioritize safety, stay updated through official school announcements, and follow the necessary precautions during this period.
