𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢ñ𝐨 on his election as the 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to the Grievance Committee for the Second Level Rank and File Employees of the House of Representatives of the Philippines.

Brod Atty. Caps will take part in the deliberations of issues, complaints and disputes brought before the Grievance Committee by employees holding positions of Legislative Staff Officer I (LSO I) to Supervising Legislative Staff Officer III (SLSO III). His background in law, litigation, dispute resolution, and investigation will be vital to the performance of his new duty.

Brod Atty. Caps is the OIC Chief of the Internal Security Group (ISG), Legislative Security Bureau (LSB) under the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA).
